- Outcomes: Faster stabilization, safer transitions, reduced reoffending.
Social Services
- Services: Case management, legal navigation, mental health referrals, substance use support, benefits enrollment, financial coaching, employment readiness (resume, interview, certifications).
- Outcomes: Increased self-sufficiency and long-term stability.
Transportation
- Services: Daily job shuttles, flex routes for court dates and family reunification, late-shift coverage, pass support for public transit.
- Outcomes: Reliable attendance, job retention, stronger family ties.
